, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina, by a vote of 17-5;
Sara Carter Bailey
, to be Director of National Drug Control Policy, by a vote of 12-10;
Braden Boucek
, to be United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, by a vote of 12-10;
Dominick Gerace II
, to be United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, by a vote of 16-6;
