Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach in Willmar

Willmar, MN - Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach met with Fueling Minnesota to discuss funding for the Higher Blends Infrastructure Incentive Program (HBIIP). The Congresswoman has been working closely with the USDA on the release of these funds. Following this meeting, Rep. Fischbach announced she has secured over $1 million in HBIIP funding across the district to expand biofuel infrastructure. Her staff also attended and read a statement from her at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new hangar and crew space at the Life Link III base in Willmar. The Congresswoman was instrumental in securing federal appropriations for this project and serves as an advocate for expanding rural emergency services across the district.
