Rep. Lucy McBath Receives 2026 Democracy Award for Best of Bipartisan Collaboration

Atlanta, GA — Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA-06) and her office have received the 2026 Democracy Award for “Best of Bipartisan Collaboration” by the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF). This is the second CMF award McBath has won, with her office receiving the “Best of Constituent Service” award in 2024. The award honors the representative’s fostering bipartisan relationships and collaboration on behalf of Georgia. The Best of Bipartisan Collaboration category recognizes offices that foster bipartisan relationships and collaboration to achieve positive outcomes and advance effective governance. McBath has led 12 pieces of legislation into law since coming to Congress in 2019. “Working well with both parties has always been central to how I serve the people of Georgia in Congress. Too often, people expect Washington to be stuck in conflict, but I believe real progress is possible when colleagues on both sides work together to deliver for our neighbors,” said Rep.
