On Saturday, June 21, 2025, Congresswoman Maxine Waters celebrated the 30 th anniversary of the Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation (TOCA) at the annual TOCApalooza. This family-friendly event was hosted at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center and featured live entertainment, art exhibitions, and art vendors reflecting the greater Torrance community. Since opening its doors, the Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation (TOCA) has enriched the lives of those within the City of Torrance and surrounding communities by presenting relevant, accessible, and quality artistic events and performances of all genres.
