WASHINGTON, DC– Today, Senator Angela Alsobrooks (D-Md.) released the following statement after markets began to fall as a result of devastating jobs data and Trump’s reckless tariffs.
“Trump’s misguided policies and his undisciplined approach to tariffs is leading to a shrinking job market and a weak economic output. The billionaires won’t feel the squeeze, but middle and working class Americans will.
