LEGISLATIVE WORK To start the 119th Congress, Congresswoman Boebert has introduced six different pieces of legislation, including: H.R. 129 - Abolishing the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. “I cannot imagine under any circumstance or administration where the ATF serves as an ally to the Second Amendment and law-abiding firearm owners across America. As co-chair of the Congressional Second Amendment Caucus, I’m eager to continue this effort with Rep. Burlison to defend our constitutional rights. The ATF should be abolished before they eventually abolish our Second Amendment." Congresswoman Lauren Boebert H.R. 130 - Delisting of the gray wolf as an endangered species. "For too long, farmers and ranchers have been powerless to defend their livestock from gray wolf attacks. The Trust the Science Act empowers states and puts people ahead of violent predators.
