Moore voted “Yes” on the legislation, which requires proof of citizenship when registering to vote and requires states to remove non-citizens currently on their voter rolls. Congressman Moore issued the following statement: “Only American citizens should be voting in American elections. It’s insane that this is even a question we have to vote on.
