Timmons on S.C. Supreme Court Ruling in Planned Parenthood v. South Carolina

Congressman William Timmons (SC-04) released the following statement in response to the South Carolina Supreme Court’s ruling in Planned Parenthood South Atlantic v. South Carolina: "Today’s decision is a powerful affirmation of our state’s unwavering commitment to defending the most fundamental right of all — the right to life. South Carolina continues to stand on the side of the unborn, and I applaud the Court for upholding our laws that protect innocent life. As a nation, we must remain steadfast in preserving the sanctity of life, and I will always fight to ensure that the voices of the unborn are heard and protected."
