John Peter Cronan , to be a Member of the United States Sentencing Commission, by a vote of 12-10. Jason Manion , to be a Member of the United States Sentencing Commission, by a vote of 12-10. Claire McCusker Murray , to be a Member of the United States Sentencing Commission, by a vote of 15-7. Luis Felipe Restrepo , to be a Member of the United States Sentencing Commission, by a vote of 22-0. Joy Lynne Pittman Thorp , to be United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, by a vote of 12-10. Steven Weinhoeft , to be United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, by a vote of 19-3.
