Capito Congratulates Richmond on USDA Appointment

CHARLESTON, W.Va.– U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) today congratulated Keith Richmond for being appointed to the role of Farm Service Agency (FSA) State Executive Director for West Virginia. The announcement was made by U.S. Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Brooke Rollins.“Keith’s understanding of our state’s agricultural landscape, coupled with his dedication to supporting our farming communities, will serve West Virginia well.
