McClain Votes to End Radical Biden-Era EV Mandate Rule

WASHINGTON – Today, Rep. Lisa McClain (R-Mich.) voted to reverse a harmful regulation created under the Biden administration's Environmental Protection Agency that granted California a waiver to ban the sale of gas-powered vehicles by 2035. “Americans deserve the right to choose the cars they want. The fact is, Biden has used liberal California to impose a one-size-fits-all solution nationwide.
