Rep. Pat Fallon Introduces National Coordination Center and Commercial Cyber Capabilities Codification Act
Washington, D.C. – Rep. Pat Fallon (TX-04) is proud to introduce the National Coordination Center and Commercial Cyber Capabilities Coordination Act, which would codify into law the Trump Administration’s existing Executive Order 14390 and National Security Presidential Memorandum 15 . “I’m proud to introduce legislation to codify President Trump’s March 6, 2026, EO establishing the National Coordination Center (NCC),” commented Rep. Pat Fallon. “This bill would ensure that the NCC, a joint effort between DOJ and DHS, continues to aggressively go after cartels, foreign gangs, and transnational criminal organizations using all available law enforcement capabilities.” “The White House also recently released a memorandum that builds on the aforementioned EO by establishing a program that allows private sector companies to work on behalf of and with the U.S. government to proactively detect and address cyber attacks on U.S. companies and critical sectors. This bill seeks to codify this as well. We must ensure that the NCC can leverage America’s private sector excellence and employ the latest technology to take out cyber adversaries as quickly as possible and significantly expand our cyber-digital defense industrial base.” ###
