Senator Justice, Acting FEMA Administrator visit McDowell County to Survey Flood Recovery Effort

MCDOWELL, WV– Today, Senator Jim Justice traveled to McDowell County where he and Acting FEMA Administrator Cameron Hamilton met and delivered an update on the recovery effort following devastating floods last month:
“What we’ve seen in McDowell County is absolutely devastating, and Cathy and I continue to pray for those who lost their lives in this horrible natural disaster. As Senator I have worked directly with the Trump Administration to bring relief as quickly as possible much like I did while Governor. We thank everyone for their work from first responders to local officials and everyone in between because this clean-up effort takes all of us pulling the rope together,”saidSenator Jim Justice.
