In the face of growing, coordinated threats to U.S. interests, national security decisions will depend as much as ever on the CIA for timely and accurate foreign intelligence, free from political bias. I am encouraged by Mr. Ratcliffe’s experience and determination to lead CIA professionals in confronting the most significant national security challenges facing America.
