– The Senate Judiciary Committee today advanced the following nominations:
Melissa Holyoak
, to be United States Attorney for the District of Utah, by a vote of 12-10; and
Phillip Williams, Jr.
, to be United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, by a vote of 12-10.
