John Thune June 5, 2026 If you ask most Americans whether they support secure borders and deporting criminal
immigrants off of our streets. And why? To ask the Senate Democrat leader, it’s because Democrats think
away from their loved ones. We ask a lot of police officers. Their job requires them to face
library card. Is it really too much to ask the same before they cast a ballot
offered a clean funding extension. We’re not asking Democrats to support Republican policies. We’re just asking
costs. And so even though Republicans haven’t asked Democrats to support a single new Republican policy, Senate
everything they need to do the job we ask them to do – to keep us safe
tracks because it reminds me that we ask those who serve our country to be willing to sacrifice
secure the border. No longer will Americans be asked to tolerate rampant illegal immigration. We will
