Minnesotans depend on the Postal Service every day – for prescriptions, Social Security benefits, paychecks, and more. That’s why I’m calling on the Postal Service to reopen the Glenville Post Office as soon as possible. https://ow.ly/Iypb50ZO28b

Diesel is now more than $6 a gallon in Minnesota. The President’s war with Iran continues to drive up prices for small business owners, farmers, and families. While Lisa Demuth hasn’t spoken out against this war, as Governor I will keep standing up against policies that hurt Minnesotans.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court just blocked Trump's attempt to dramatically change how Americans vote by mail — right as early voting is starting ahead of this year's critical midterms. A reminder that elections are run by the states, not the president.

Spent Sunday with Teamsters Local 120 celebrating union strength and raising money for Homes For Our Troops, which builds homes for injured post-9/11 veterans. Thank you for everything you do for our state — I’m proud to have your endorsement.

I met with health care leaders in Dawson about the telehealth technology they are using to support rural EMS teams. With support from federal funding, this innovation is helping providers in rural communities deliver better, timely care when patients need it most.

Great to be at Grant Ascheman’s farm outside Holloway with his family and neighboring farmers. Grant has farmed with his dad his whole life, and their family has been farming this land since the 1960s.

Manufactured homes are one of the most affordable paths to homeownership, but when hedge funds buy the land underneath those homes, they raise lot fees, sometimes multiple times a year.

I just toured the U of M’s ammonia plant with Morris Chancellor Michael Rodriguez. They're leading advancements in sustainable agriculture to produce ammonia that our farmers need. This is the kind of Minnesota innovation that can strengthen our domestic fertilizer supply.

The State Fair may be over, but the leftovers aren’t going to waste. Loaves & Fishes and Second Harvest Heartland are turning unsold Fair food into meals for Minnesotans in need.

Trump's health care cuts have been devastating – raising prices and tossing people off of their health insurance. As Governor, I'll reduce health insurance premiums and make lower cost drugs available. We’ve got to lower health care costs. And I’m up for the fight. ⬇️

Henderson is proof that small towns can grow and rebuild. We helped to flood-proof their highway and the work just got done. Great place to visit in the fall to see their hummingbird center and garden, bike trail, nature center, and much more! https://ow.ly/M9E850ZLAJh

Labor Day isn’t just one day, it’s every day. I wouldn’t be here without unions. Unions made the Zenith underground iron ore mine on the Range where my grandpa worked safe. Unions gave my mom good wages as a teacher. Unions gave my dad his career with benefits through the newspaper guild.

One-size-fits-all housing solutions don’t work for rural. Fewer developers and higher costs mean we need to incentivize building & support creative solutions.

Over 12 days, hundreds of thousands of Minnesotans come through the Fair gates. I try to meet as many of them as I can. Here’s just a few of the faces that made this year one to remember. Thank you, Minnesota! See you next year!

It was great to join union members at the Iron Range Labor Picnic in Virginia. I’m proud to be endorsed by the AFL-CIO, the Steelworkers and many other unions. Because building Minnesota with union labor isn’t just our past, it’s our future.

Happy Labor Day Minnesota! Today we honor our workers & our country’s promise: if you’re willing to work hard, you have a fair shot at a better life. When our unions are strong our economy is strong & when our economy is strong, America is strong. 💪

I know & like Amy Acton very much and once spent a day with her in Ohio. She is a doctor & candidate for Ohio governor. After police thwarted an armed man who lunged at her at the fairground, she remained at the scene and helped someone who was injured. 🙏

Great Sunday at the Fair. We had one long line and it lasted over three hours! Thanks to everyone who waited to say hello and thanks to the people who gave me part of that Peachey doughnut! 🍩 (ok the doughnut line was even longer).

When it mattered most, Minnesotans looked up – not down. 50,000 people marched in ten-below weather. Neighbors fed neighbors. We looked at each other, not away. That’s Minnesota and that’s the spirit that will carry us forward.

Minnesota has always been a place where big ideas become real-world innovations. The University of Minnesota’s expanded biomanufacturing center will help researchers, startups, and businesses turn breakthroughs in medicine, agriculture, and biotechnology into new products and new jobs.

Gas prices are at a record high for Labor Day weekend, and diesel prices just hit an all-time high because of Donald Trump’s war with Iran. Trump promised to lower costs on Day One – but his war has hit Minnesotans hard at the pump. My opponent won’t say it, but it’s time to end this reckless war.

Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis at the fair! They helped me pass the bipartisan Save Our Stages Act, which was a big deal and kept independent music venues and theaters open during the pandemic.
