Drivers in Minnesota are paying $4 a gallon today. That's up more than a dollar since the start of the war with Iran. That's costing Minnesotans every mile.

When I woke up 🛌 today…was that only a Minnesota fan’s dream 😴? Did the Wild 🏒 Wolves 🏀 and Twins ⚾️ all win in one night? And are the Frost, Wild & Wolves all moving on in the playoffs? The ☀️ is shining and YES it is ACTUALLY happening.

What a night for Minnesota! Wolves and Wild win game 6 and are moving on.

Good to see bipartisan legislation pass in the Minnesota House and Senate. After Colin Hortman shared his story, this bill requires disclosure of chemical irritants and helps ensure homeowners aren’t stuck with the clean-up cost by their insurance. www.duluthnewstribune.com/news/minneso...

The impact of the administration’s war with Iran will be long-lasting. Higher energy and fertilizer costs are rippling through our economy — hitting Minnesota farmers hard and raising prices for Americans, with no clear plan ahead. www.mprnews.org/story/2026/0...

This Court ruling weakens protections against discrimination & undermines fair representation. As Justice Kagan said, it marks the “majority’s now-completed demolition of the Voting Rights Act.” We must keep fighting so every American has a voice in our democracy.

King Charles, in his speech, highlighted our shared democratic roots and the bedrock principle that executive power must be subject to checks and balances.

Invited a fitting guest for King Charles’s address to Congress: Shane Higgins, the dedicated general manager behind one of our state’s favorite British traditions — Brit’s Pub. Great to have him in Washington today, representing a bit of the UK from Minnesota. 🇺🇸 🇬🇧

Costs are up. Tariffs are hurting our farmers and small businesses. And this war is driving up gas and fertilizer prices. We need to stop the chaos and focus on making things affordable for Americans.

I introduced the bipartisan Hemp Safety Enforcement Act with Sen. Rand Paul to protect Minnesota’s hemp industry. A one-size-fits-all federal ban would hurt farmers, brewers, and small businesses. Our bill lets states regulate safely while protecting consumers and jobs.

I got an update from Mayor Ressler and Blooming Prairie officials about the work to rebuild Hwy 218. Every time a truck passed, we could feel the road shake. I'm glad we got them federal funding, but they still need more support. This highway is a critical corridor for Southern Minnesota.
