The Fifth Circuit just told millions of women that three judges know better than the FDA, their doctors, and 25 years of evidence. They don't. This restriction on medication abortion is a nationwide abortion restriction, full stop. I have no intention of letting this stand.

It's a good day when the Senate rejects at least one junk science charlatan. Good riddance to Casey Means, RFK Jr. is doing enough damage on his own. I'll keep pushing for his removal to protect science and common sense in our government.

REMINDER: The Senate unanimously passed a bill to fund DHS 31 days ago. We passed it unanimously AGAIN 25 days ago. But instead of ending the DHS shutdown and funding agencies like TSA & the Secret Service, Speaker Johnson has dragged his feet & failed to put it up for a vote.
