Minnesotans are right to have high expectations of our government.

REMINDER: Republicans had every opportunity to save the ACA tax credits. They chose not to. They’ve found plenty of money to fund Trump’s war in the Middle East, but they won’t spend a cent on health care for Americans.

Experimental forests like Bartlett, Hubbard Brook and countless others across our country provide critical research that supports forest health and strengthens local economies. USDA's decision to shutter these facilities is completely unacceptable, and I’m pushing back.

AI is reshaping industries and our economy, and it’s crucial that young people and our workforce are equipped to succeed in this landscape. Proud to introduce a bipartisan bill with Sen. Rounds to ensure students and educators have the resources they need to harness the power of AI.

What’s less popular than Trump’s illegal war with Iran? His ballroom. Let’s get serious: end the war, stop the vanity, and lower costs.

The Pentagon is asking for a $1.4 trillion budget next year. It’s an astronomical amount of money. It is our responsibility to push back and understand exactly what they’re spending it on and whether it will actually prepare us for the future.

Instead of spending $200 billion on President Trump’s reckless war with Iran, let’s give people back their health care. Let’s build affordable housing. Let's build solar fields. Let's pay for child care. Let's help Americans rather than fight an endless war abroad.

Today I announced my plan to transform Minnesota’s government and make it more innovative, effective, and accountable. Fixing the government is the foundation for everything else. And there’s more to come. Together, we can get it done.

Donald Trump’s tariffs are a tax on YOU that made prices on almost everything skyrocket – and the Supreme Court declared many of them illegal. And yet, he still won’t stop trying to make your life more expensive.

I warned this would happen. After Republicans ripped away tax breaks that help families afford health care, millions are now going without health care insurance.

Donald Trump and his cronies are trying to dismantle this country and sell it for parts. We cannot, and we will not let them.

☀️The future is bright here at Narragansett’s Maury Loontjens Memorial Library where new solar installation is saving taxpayer $$ & protecting our environment. New upgrades will offset about a quarter of the library’s energy usage & help power 2 new EV chargers.

Washington politicians are leaving taxpayers on the hook for a skyrocketing national debt. For every tax dollar collected, this Administration spends $1.33. Trump's tax cuts for billionaires and reckless wars are going to hurt this generation and the next.

Trump’s reckless policies are driving up prices for every American. But here’s the thing: this Republican Congress could stop him at any moment. They’ve decided not to, and we’re all paying for it—literally.

House Republicans passed a Farm Bill that will do nothing to help millions of families losing their SNAP benefits because of Trump's so-called "Big Beautiful Bill." I can't support a bill that forces working families to choose between putting food on the table and keeping the lights on.

I’ll say it until the cows come home. The SAVE Act is voter suppression. Mail-in voting is done in red and blue states alike. It’s safe and secure. I'm still a hell NO on the SAVE Act.

This weekend, I visited the Menlo Park Veterans Memorial Home in Edison, NJ, and spoke with veterans at the long-term care facility. It was wonderful to hear directly from residents about the care they receive and the programs they enjoy.

Last week, I forced a vote in the Senate to repeal Trump’s rule that would kick people out of their jobs and raise prices. Most Senate Republicans shamefully refused to stand up to Trump in order to prevent a spike in costs. I’ll keep fighting in every way I can to protect Nevada’s workforce.

Federal workers shouldn’t be punished for government shutdowns they didn’t cause. I met TSA officers in Phoenix who worked without pay and now face damaged credit scores. My new bill protects their credit history so shutdowns don’t cause them more financial strain.

Each year, we lose nearly 50,000 Americans to suicide. I’ve made it my mission to fight this crisis by making it easier to get help with a simple 9-8-8 call or text. I couldn’t be happier to see that this investment is working and saving lives. www.wbay.com/2026/04/29/9...

In the richest country on Earth, no one should have to sell their blood to afford groceries and rent. No one should have to ration lifesaving medicines because they can’t afford them. Republicans have taken a broken system and made it a whole lot worse.

Trump and Republicans are driving up health costs and making it unaffordable to get care. This is just the latest chapter of their years-long effort to kill the Affordable Care Act. This denial of coverage makes our case for moving to Medicare for All more urgent. www.nytimes.com/2026/05/01/b...

Washington Republicans made devastating cuts to health care, and now Nevadans are cutting back on doctor’s visits and rationing medications because prices are just too high.

The cost of Republican inaction in action. Frankly, it’s unacceptable. Dems voted for & continue pressing to responsibly lower health care costs & extend ACA tax credits. Republicans should listen to the American people & join us.

Arizonans have been voting by mail for over 30 years, including a majority of Republicans, Democrats, and independents. It’s simple and secure. But Washington Republicans are trying to change that because they want to make it harder to vote. It’s wrong, plain and simple.

Even during the darkest days of the Jim Crow era, efforts to disenfranchise Black voters have always claimed to be "race neutral." The Supreme Court's decision to weaken the Voting Rights Act is Jim Crow in new clothes.

There are no Republican deficit hawks anymore. Not when they have proven that every time they win power, they will blow up the debt on war and tax cuts for billionaires.
