14 years ago, DACA opened the door to opportunity for hundreds of thousands of Dreamers. Dreamers are Americans by every measure that matters. They are our neighbors, coworkers, classmates—they grew up here and belong here. Congress must finally provide a pathway to citizenship.

Today marks 14 years of DACA. Thousands of Arizona DACA recipients are still living in limbo — and this Administration is making it worse by slow-rolling renewals. These young people deserve a pathway to citizenship, and I won’t stop fighting until they get one.

DACA was always meant to be a temporary fix as Congress created a permanent path to citizenship for Dreamers. End the uncertainty. Pass the Dream Act and make their protections permanent.

In the past 14 years, thousands of Dreamers have been able to pursue their American Dream because of DACA. Attacks on DACA will never be tolerated and the fight continues to give Dreamers the pathway to citizenship they deserve.

Trump must provide the Senate Foreign Relations Committee with a detailed briefing on the terms of this “deal” immediately. We need answers ASAP on how exactly this agreement would solve anything for the American people—if it even holds at all.

Under this "deal," we would be lifting sanctions and essentially be paying Iran to stop this war that Trump started. All while Americans continue suffering at the pump, grocery store and elsewhere as a direct result.
