This ruling is a win for Maryland voters. The Supreme Court rejected the Trump Administration’s latest attempt to restrict mail-in voting ahead of the midterms. Mail-in voting is safe and secure, and our democracy is stronger when every eligible voter can participate.

There are strong, bipartisan provisions in this bill that could serve as the foundation for a new attempt at providing the crypto industry with the guardrails it needs. I believe that the U.S. should lead in crypto innovation, but we need to get it right. I remain open-minded to that work ahead.
