Barbara , reaffirming birthright citizenship as the law of the land: “Today's decision is a win for upholding the Constitution and the ideals that have long shaped our nation. It firmly rejects the president's attempt to chip away at citizenship through exception after exception. Birthright citizenship is a cornerstone of our nation’s civil liberties, and this decision further solidifies its validity. “As Chief Justice Roberts wrote, citizenship is ‘the right to have rights’ or to fully participate in our political community.
