“Growing up poor, I know what it’s like to play ‘utility roulette’ – which bill will have to get skipped this month; what will we have to go without,”said Senator Gallego.“But whether you’re dealing with cold winters, hot summer, or just trying to keep the lights on, electricity is an absolute necessity.”
Senator Gallego’s plan is made up of five pillars:
