Quigg tugboat on the Thea Foss Waterway and discussed how Centerline plays a vital role in keeping our supply chain moving safely and sustainably. Updates from the Other Washington Strickland Visit to Grid Innovation Expo As Co-Chair of the Grid Innovation Caucus, Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland (WA-10) joined NEMA, ACMA, and the GridWise Alliance at the Grid Innovation Expo to see cutting-edge technologies that are modernizing our power grid for a resilient future. Read more Other Legislative Updates On International Safe Abortion Day, cosponsored and reintroduced the Abortion is Health Care Everywhere Act , to repeal the Helms Amendment and ensure U.S. foreign assistance can support comprehensive reproductive health care, including abortion care. Voted, alongside several bipartisan colleagues, to pass short-term government funding through December 11th. Joined Rep. Raskin’s Amicus Brief regarding the Trump administration’s effort to restrict mail-in ballots, challenging the recent executive order that created new procedures for absentee ballots and requested state citizenship lists.
