Cassidy, Colleagues Recognize National DAY of Remembrance for Charlie KIRK

WASHINGTON –U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) joined a resolution led by U.S. Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) to designate October 14, 2025, as “National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk.”
“Charlie Kirk inspired millions of young people to engage thoughtfully in civic discourse and have a relationship with God. A day of remembrance will ensure his honorable legacy lives on for future generations,”said Dr. Cassidy.
