Tuberville Secures Several Key Wins for Alabama in Latest Appropriations Bill

WASHINGTON –Today, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) issued a statement following his vote supporting the latest appropriations bill. The bill includes several key wins for Alabama.
“I’m proud that we were able to secure several big wins for Alabama in today’s appropriations bill, including $500,000 for the Alabama Port Authority, $1.4 million to support law enforcement across the state, $3.5 million for water and sewer projects, and more than $4.4 million to help with critical waterway projects,”said Senator Tuberville.“As long as I am Alabama’s Senator, I will continue fighting every day to make sure Alabama is first in line for every opportunity.”
