Cassidy Announces OVER $1.5 Million for Louisiana Ports and Airport Improvements FROM HIS Infrastructure BILL

WASHINGTON –U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced Louisiana will receive $1,528,378.00 in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation through hisInfrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The funding will support improvements to ports and airports across the state to help move goods and support local economies.“Stronger ports and airports mean a stronger Louisiana economy,”said Dr. Cassidy.“This funding helps move more goods, support local jobs, and keep our state competitive for decades to come.”
