Bennet also challenged Washington to offer a real alternative by tackling the problems driving Americans’ anxiety about their lives and their future. Bennet pointed to rising gas and grocery prices, higher borrowing costs, and growing pressure on farmers and ranchers as evidence of an economy where too many Americans feel they cannot get ahead. He contrasted those challenges with a president focused on enriching himself, settling political scores, and weaponizing the federal government against Colorado and his political enemies, while challenging Congress to finally address the problems Americans have been asking Washington to solve for years. ### Contact Info 261 Russell Senate Building Washington, DC 20510 Phone: 202-224-5852 Fax: 202-228-5097 View State Offices Resources Write to Michael Get Help with a Federal Agency Visiting DC Investing in Colorado Map ©2026 U.S. Senate.
