New Hampshire’s maple syrup industry is iconic. Unfortunately, with climate change and President Trump’s tariffs on Canada, our producers are at risk—threatening this quintessential Granite State industry.

I just voted to block the sale of 1,000-pound bombs and armored bulldozers to Israel.

It's disgusting that even as our troops do their jobs, Trump and Republicans are so eager to neglect their own. End this war. Now.

I’m praying for the safety of the tens of thousands of service members the president is moving into the region and the many civilians in harm’s way. I'll continue to seek out every effort I can to end this war, keep Americans safe, and protect civilians across the region.
- CC
He also promised the American people he would stop Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. Instead, his reckless war, waged without publicly laying out a clear rationale, strategy, or goal, has left the American and Iranian people all worse off than before it started.
- CC
I voted again to end President Trump’s war of choice with Iran, which has plunged the Middle East into chaos. Trump promised the Iranian people that help is on the way so they can rise up against their dangerous, repressive regime.

Instead of protecting musicians & their fans, the DOJ cut a last-minute, corrupt bargain with Trump’s friends at Ticketmaster & attempted to sabotage this important case. Congratulations to the state AGs & advocates that kept fighting & secured this huge victory.
- RB
Last month, I released a PSI report that demonstrated—based on internal documents—how Ticketmaster leveraged its monopolistic control over ticketing & venues to drive up prices, & make concert-going unaffordable.
- RB
An important antitrust win! A federal jury has recognized what concert fans, musicians & independent venues know all too well: Live Nation/Ticketmaster is an illegal monopoly.

Budgets are about values. Trump wants $200 billion for his unilateral war in Iran, yet he let health care premiums double for Americans. That same amount could extend ACA tax credits for 7 years. Or cover dental/hearing/vision for EVERY senior on Medicare — for 3 years!

Today, we Purple Up by wearing purple to honor the resilience of military kids in Colorado and across the country. We're proud to stand with our military families – and the tens of thousands of Colorado kids navigating unique challenges while their parents serve and protect our nation.

70% of Minnesotans do NOT want copper nickel mining near the Boundary Waters. The Senate has a chance to do right by them by leaving the mining moratorium in place.

Before Trump’s war of choice with Iran, the Strait of Hormuz was open. Now it's closed, your gas prices are climbing, and the president still cannot explain how any of this makes America safer.

I believe these partnerships are critical to promoting security and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific and for all our peoples. It was great to hear from the State Minister about how we can work together to strengthen our alliance, enhance economic security, and bolster deterrence. 2/2

This week, I met with Japanese State Minister Horii Iwao to discuss the current state of the U.S.-Japan alliance, as well as the importance of the U.S.-ROK-Japan trilateral relationship. 1/2

Americans are paying a steep price for Pres. Trump’s reckless and repeated mistakes in Iran. It is past time he seriously pursues a diplomatic, not military, solution to the war. Democrats will continue working to responsibly end Trump’s war abroad & lower costs at home.

The war in Sudan has raged on for too long, causing unspeakable suffering with too little attention from the world. I call on the Trump administration and the international community to do more to facilitate access to humanitarian aid, end this war, and hold perpetrators of this violence to account.

Grateful to the Maryland African Chamber of Commerce and Vincent Iweanoge for the invitation to celebrate African diaspora women who power our communities. When we rise together, we all rise.

Today I asked the top nonpartisan budget official in our government an important question. What single piece of legislation has contributed most to the national debt in the last decade? The answer? Trump's Big Ugly Bill—and it's not even close.

I see this as a national security issue. In a diverse nation like ours, if people can't work hard, play by the rules and get ahead and have their kids do better, we got a real problem.

Today, USS Gerald R. Ford broke the record for the longest modern carrier deployment. Our sailors should be home with their families, not sent around the world by a President who acts like the military is his palace guard. I’m doing all I can to end the war against Iran. youtube.com/shorts/ZVWna...

These issues cut across party lines. Trump and Stephen Miller need both Republicans AND Democrats to keep these powers. If all of this scares you, I encourage you to make your voice heard.

My bill, the Government Surveillance Reform Act, would close all of these loopholes and finally provide real privacy for Americans. Congress must pass the reforms in this bill and restore Americans’ rights against advances in AI and surveillance tech.

- RW
Everyone should be able to agree: The government has no business buying up data on Americans with no checks and oversight. The government has no business using *foreign* surveillance powers to spy on Americans.
- RW
I’ve been fighting these abuses for years. But few administrations have posed as big a threat as this one. Congress CANNOT rubber-stamp more unchecked spying powers for any President, let alone Trump.
- RW
These powers are terrifying. ICE shouldn’t be able to buy lists of protestors. Kash Patel shouldn't be able to spy on women getting abortion medications. Stephen Miller shouldn’t be able to spy on critics, claiming connections to foreign “antifa” threats."
- RW
That’s not all. Current law also lets the Feds buy all sorts of sensitive data on you from shady data brokers, with just a credit card. The Feds can feed that data into powerful AI systems to spy on you. Kash Patel recently confirmed to me he’s buying your location data.
- RW
There is a little-known law called Section 702 of FISA. The federal government has abused it over and over to try and spy on Americans, including protestors, elected officials – one NSA employee even spied on people he met through an online dating app.
- RW
The federal government – ICE, FBI, and more – is spying on you without a warrant. This week, Congress will decide whether Kash Patel, Stephen Miller and Trump can keep spying on Americans. If that scares you (it should) this thread is for you.

I'm proud to support the nurses at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago who are fighting to form a union. If RUMC can pay its CEO over $4 million a year, it can afford to provide better working conditions for nurses & staffing levels that are safe for their patients.

Apparently putting his name on buildings wasn’t enough. Now, this President is literally declaring himself to be Jesus. To call this egomania is an understatement.

The numbers don’t lie. Trump’s economy is leaving Virginians with higher costs than ever.

President Trump’s tariffs, war with Iran, and farmworker intimidation have made farming expensive and unpredictable. Today, I met with the Illinois Pork Producers Association to discuss how to restore common sense into the farm economy.

Once again, Republicans have blocked our effort to stop President Trump’s senseless war with Iran. How many more lives lost and billions of dollars wasted before they finally stand up to him?

I’m heading to the Senate floor to speak in support of the Direct File Act on Tax Day. Americans spend an average of $270 and 13 hours filing their taxes. It should be free and easy. Tune in here: www.senate.gov/legislative/...

Breaking news: New York jury finds Ticketmaster/Live Nation to be an anticompetitive monopoly. FINALLY. A jury says the truth about what nearly everyone in Washington keeps denying. Now we need remedies that help fans & lower prices, unlike DOJ meaningless “settlement.”

Donald Trump is angry that his own policies have driven up prices and killed jobs, but instead of owning up to his mistakes he is looking for someone else to blame and causing even more chaos in the economy in the process.

Trump tries to stop this low-cost solar power, so electric grids have to go to expensive dirty fossil plants, raising consumer prices, by (PUNCHLINE) driving money from regular ratepayers to Trump’s big fossil fuel donors. But clean energy keeps winning!!

Donald Trump cut health care for Americans so that Meta could get a $3 billion tax cut. I asked the IRS commissioner if that was a "really good outcome for the American public." He said yes.

Americans are tired of Trump and ready to move on. Senate Republicans? Still bowing down to the President. GA --> Lean D NC --> Lean D OH --> Toss Up This is the energy I am seeing across the country. In November, we flip the Senate blue.

My statement on today’s War Powers vote in the Senate:

I voted to put a check on Trump and END his war of choice with Iran. Senate Republicans refused, and voted to continue Trump's war and keep gas prices surging. Democrats will keep forcing tough votes until this war is over and our servicemembers are home.

Every child, in every zip code, deserves a fair shot at a good education. That's why I’m introducing legislation to repeal federal vouchers and keep public funds in public schools — so schools have the resources they need to do right by our kids.

BREAKING: Senate Republicans blocked my War Powers Resolution that would have ended Trump's unnecessary, unjustified war against Iran. These cowards have had four chances to stop this chaos in the Middle East. And they put Trump's ego before America. Every damn time.
- CS
@democrats.senate.gov will keep forcing these votes and putting Republicans on the record – stand with us and end the war, or cave to Trump and continue it.
- CS
Privately? Republicans are petrified of Trump’s war. Publicly? Silence. In fact, Republicans just voted AGAINST our War Powers Resolution to end Trump’s Iran war.
