Duckworth Receives Valerie Biden Owens Woman of Power & Purpose Award

[WASHINGTON, D.C.] – Last week, U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) received the Valerie Biden Owens Woman of Power & Purpose Award from the Biden Institute at the University of Delaware.
