Our bill sends a clear message: Companies should maintain strong anti-corruption practices. Trump may be going easy on corporate crime right now, but foreign bribery will be investigated and prosecuted.

It’s about time. Thank you to our U.S. Capitol Police for all you did to defend our democracy on January 6.

President Trump is pushing consumers across our country to a breaking point—forcing them to stretch their dollars even further due to his decision to go to war with Iran. It's clear the President's policies do little except deliver more pain to American families.

It shouldn't be left up to our companies or to any one official to make important decisions about AI use in the military. youtube.com/shorts/8AXJo...

@murray.senate.gov just gave Republicans a second chance to fund TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard. They said no since it wouldn’t include more money for President Trump’s mass deportation operations.

President Trump didn’t make the case to the American people or Congress before launching a war with Iran. Now we’re more than a week in with no clear strategy or end goal.

BREAKING: Senate Republicans just blocked my bill to fund TSA and FEMA... AGAIN. This isn't complicated: if Republicans won't agree to rein in ICE & CBP, they should AT MINIMUM work with us to fund TSA. But they won't.

I've long been sounding the alarm on Section 702 of FISA, and secret, legal loopholes the government uses to spy on Americans. The program is up for reauthorization in April and I'll be fighting like hell to make sure the current program doesn’t get rubber stamped.

Let me say it again: The SAVE Act would disenfranchise millions of American citizens. Not non-citizens, not undocumented immigrants - AMERICAN CITIZENS. Senate Democrats will not help pass the SAVE Act under any circumstances. No amount of whining from Elon Musk will change that.

AI is going to transform nearly every sector of our economy. The question isn’t whether these changes are coming – it’s whether we are prepared. That’s why I introduced legislation that develops practical solutions to help American workers adapt to the rapid workforce changes being driven by AI.

I’ve worked with families and advocates at Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy for years to accelerate research and treatments for muscular dystrophy. We’ve made real progress—but we won’t stop until every family has a cure. Grateful for this award recognizing that work.

Anytime Trump uses the word “fraud” just remember: He was found GUILTY of 34 felony counts of falsified business records — a form of criminal fraud.

Democrats have offered legislation to fund TSA, Coast Guard, and FEMA while we continue ICE negotiations. Republicans BLOCKED the funding. We must fund TSA, Coast Guard and FEMA TODAY.

Before throwing a new generation of troops into war, they made sure to: Torpedo our VA. Enact the biggest health care cut in history. Shutter hospitals. Don’t you dare tell me you care about our heroes when you're doing everything you can to undermine care when they get home.

Americans don't want war. Not Republican voters, not Democratic voters, not independent voters, not Donald Trump's MAGA base.

Secretary Rubio, Secretary Hegseth, and other senior officials must go under oath in public hearings with the Senate immediately to answer these questions. The American people deserve answers. This is why @shaheen.senate.gov, @reed.senate.gov, and I are demanding they finally testify:

Predatory for-profit colleges rake in billions in federal student aid but leave students drowning in debt with near-meaningless degrees. I introduced the Proprietary Education Oversight Task Force Act to shed light on this industry and give students the tools to avoid predatory for-profit colleges.

You shouldn't have to save until you're 40 to be able to buy a home. That’s why I worked with colleagues from both sides of the aisle to craft the 21st Century ROAD to Housing package. It's time to get it passed.

More than 225,000 Delawareans rely on Social Security. They earned those checks with a lifetime of work, and that's why I'll keep standing up for them and stopping efforts to cut Social Security.

NEWS: The Trump administration confirmed it bombed a girl’s school in Iran. It's one of the most devastating military errors in decades. Trump lied about it. Pete Hegseth gutted the office preventing civilian casualties. 175 are dead. Most were kids. Hegseth should be fired.

Republicans are CHOOSING to force TSA to work without pay—but it can end TODAY. I will try again to pass my bill to fund TSA and FEMA without cutting a blank check to ICE and Border Patrol. Republicans are the only thing standing in the way.

Airports across the country are seeing longer TSA lines because Republicans would rather keep DHS shut down than work with Democrats to rein in ICE. Last week, Democrats tried to fund & reopen TSA – but Senate Republicans blocked it. You can thank Republicans for the longer lines you’re seeing.

Trump referring to the war against Iran as an “excursion” is beyond disrespectful to the families of the servicemembers killed in the Middle East and all our troops currently risking their lives. It makes my skin crawl.

The war against Iran is extremely unpopular. Both Trump and my colleagues in Congress should listen to their constituents: Americans don’t want this.

The President has offered no transparency for what's happening in Iran. As I said yesterday on @cnn.com, this Administration must hold public briefings so the American people can understand why they are being asked to bear the cost of this war.

116,000 Minnesotans lost health care coverage this year. Highest uninsured rate in almost ten years. Fund health care. Not this war.

As the Union Leader made clear this morning, President Trump's war in Iran is impacting the Granite State. Gas prices are rising quickly, adding to already high costs for groceries and health care—and my constituents are feeling it.

Reports that the administration is considering sending special forces to seize heavily fortified nuclear sites in Iran are dangerous and alarming. No boots on the ground in Iran.

All Democrats are asking is for ICE and CBP to play by the same rules that your local police officer does. Senate Republicans would rather keep DHS shutdown.

We have the resources to make health care affordable in this country. Sadly, our leaders would rather spend your money on a massive paramilitary force that’s terrorizing our communities.
- PM
Trump may have no "yips" about boots on the ground, but I think committing American soldiers to a ground war is a serious escalation. NO boots on the ground. NO war with Iran.

Now they're insulting Trump, yet he stays submissive to Putin. Something’s up with Trump/Russia. Is it Trump/Russia/Epstein?

I served in Iraq and live with PTSD. I think about the men I served with and the friends we lost. My biggest fear is that we’re about to repeat the same mistakes that got us into that war. If leaders can’t define victory, we risk another endless conflict.

Without an extension of Title X funding, over 2.8 MILLION people nationwide will lose access to family planning & preventive health services, like cancer screenings or STI testing, next month. HHS must IMMEDIATELY release this funding to protect millions' access to health care.

Trump has not only failed to bring down prices, he’s actively making it worse. Inflation was up again in February—and that’s before Trump’s reckless war that will only drive prices even higher.

Trump is still far from achieving any of his military goals, even narrower goals of destroying Iran’s missiles & production capacity. Meanwhile, widening war will have escalating economic impacts, especially as China & Russia enter more actively.

On the campaign trail, Trump pledged he would not drag America into another war. Then he became the first president stupid & reckless enough to put American lives at risk in support of Israeli PM Netanyahu's 40-year quest for a regime change war in Iran.

It's not just the personnel, it's the policies. Markwayne Mullin has the same policy that Kristi Noem had — say ‘yes’ to this President, even as masked men are killing Americans in the streets. I will be voting no.

The American people have a Constitutional right to decide whether their children will be asked to fight a war. We cannot wage large scale international conflicts based on the President’s whims.
